These Comparably awards are granted after reviewing 10 million ratings from employees at over 50,000 companies. In making these awards, Comparably.com, the compensation, culture and career monitoring website, identified the top 50 large and small companies in terms of their commitment and success in promoting diversity and inclusion as well as fostering professional development, according to company employees.
